A pool stays with you for decades. That is why our relationship does not end at handover. You know who to call if something is not right, and what the warranty covers.

At a glance
Haogenplast membrane has a written ten-year warranty from the manufacturer. Pump, filter, heating and lights carry each brand's warranty. We stand behind the construction, with phone and WhatsApp for anything you need.
What the membrane warranty covers
Watertightness and material defects, on the manufacturer's terms. It does not cover damage from sharp objects or from wrong water chemistry, for example very low pH or large chlorine doses over a long period. That is why we give you simple chemistry guidance at handover.
Equipment
Each machine carries its brand's warranty. We keep the details of every installation, so if a spare part or repair is needed we know exactly what you have.

Membrane replacement when its time comes, after many years
At the end of the build we go through every machine together: how it starts, how it stops, what each valve does, how to backwash, what to test and how often. We leave when you feel you have it.
